As a global business lead at Google, Fleur has developed scaled digital media strategies and solutions, helping global partners across Health, Beauty, and Food & Beverages to achieve business growth. An empathetic problem solver at her core, she brings this mindset in both her personal and professional life.

Fleur started her professional career at Credit Suisse and post-business school, made the transition to a career in digital advertising. Prior to joining Google, she worked agency-side leading performance marketing teams and partnering with clients across Telecom, CPG, Finance, and Hospitality. Key accomplishments from her agency days include being L’Oreal USA’s highest media ROI driving agency partner over her time leading their search partnership and serving as the lead consultative adviser on T-Mobile’s search in-housing efforts.

A middle-child and 1st generation American, Fleur hails from the NYC tri-state area. She earned her BA from New York University and her MBA from HEC Paris. In her free time you’ll find her going to fitness classes, spending time with her family and friends in NYC and NJ, and out and about with her dog Jolie in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
