Jeffrey brings over 30 years of global senior management in marketing, sales/ new business development prestige and mass markets in from the cosmetics otc pharmaceutical, nutritional supplements industry. Jeffrey has launched cosmetic brands such as Hugo Boss, Estee Lauder, Calvin Klein, Disney, NYX and the Harmonist globally. Having had direct P&L responsibility for up to $420 million in sales. Jeffrey has a consistent record of developing top-performing business units. He has relationships with top tier retailers and distributors.

He has managed global sale forces and marketing teams as well as coordinated distribution and sourcing from the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. He has experience in developing distribution channels from a department store, specialty, mass, travel retail, home shopping, MLM, direct sales through DRTV and e-commerce. He also has a strong background in building global brands while mitigating grey market risk. He has also led companies in diversion control from a strategy and execution level. Jeffrey also has experience as licensor and licensee in cosmetic brands.
