Throughout her career, she has developed top-selling formulas for brands like Tarte, Bare Minerals, and Tatcha, winning over 20+ industry awards, including Allure Best of Beauty Hall of Fame and a global patent.
While at Tula, Shane met Metzger, who led the brand’s marketing team and helped launch the brand nationwide at ULTA Beauty in over 1,200 stores. Together, the two channeled their expertise into creating INNBEAUTY Project. Over the last five years, Shane’s unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries in skincare formulation and efficacy has earned INNBEAUTY Project a level of recognition typically reserved only for legacy brands.
