Jennifer has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years, with nearly 20 years on the Estée Lauder brand.  She oversees Skincare Product Development & Marketing for Estée Lauder’s powerhouse franchises including Advanced Night Repair, Revitalizing Supreme+, Micro Essence and Nutritious. Jennifer also spearheads Estée Lauder’s Science Credentialing platform, positioning the brand as a leader in science-driven skincare, and is responsible for accelerating the brand’s scientific innovation pipeline to launch breakthrough technology and product innovation.
