Jenny Streets is a growth and transformation executive at Meta, where she has led the go-to-market teams for Health, Financial Services, Restaurants and CPG sectors, with a deep focus on the beauty industry. Pairing bold vision with operational rigor, she built Meta’s Health business from the ground up into a $1B+ vertical, one of the fastest-growing in North America — but the work she’s proudest of is growing people: she hires ahead of her own strengths, builds diverse teams that learn from one another, and develops the next generation of leaders, because she believes a great strategy only goes as far as the team behind it. Today she is driving her organization toward an AI-first way of working, and serves on the boards of CEW and She Runs It.

Outside of work, Jenny lives in Rumson, NJ with her husband, their two sons, and their 2 pups, Maz and Lenny — and she is a devoted Philly sports fan. Go Birds!
