As Vice President of Merchandising at IPSY, she oversees thousands of products annually across the company’s full brand portfolio with accountability for Membership, Commerce and Product Development.

A self-described beauty junkie, Jilian has built her career on a genuine love for the industry and a belief that the right product in the right hands is transformative. Her path spans some of the most respected names in retail and beauty, from building her buying foundation at Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus, to leading boutique and outlet merchandising strategy at Shiseido and bareMinerals, to shaping the subscription experience for millions of members at IPSY.
