VP Customer & Growth Marketing Ulta Beauty

Jill Podzimek is the Vice President of Customer and Growth Marketing at Ulta Beauty. In this role, she oversees customer programs, promotions and analytics that support Ulta Beauty’s position as the nation’s largest specialty beauty retailer.

With more than 25 years of customer marketing experience, Jill joined Ulta Beauty in 2016 and has held several leadership positions within the marketing organization. Over her tenure, Jill has been an integral part of the growth of Ulta Beauty Rewards – the best-in-class loyalty program that powers member engagement, personalization and UB Media.

Earlier in her career, Jill held a series of loyalty and credit roles at United Airlines and Harley-Davidson. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from University of Wisconsin – Madison and currently resides with her family in the Chicago suburbs.
