John R. Kouris is the Executive Director responsible for the successful operation of a 20,000-member international organization of civil defense lawyers, in-house counsel and corporations. He is a visionary, high energy leader with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as those in the public sector. John has 35 years of C-Suite Experience (C.O.O. (13) and Executive Director (22) in not-for-profit management. His expertise includes crisis management, strategic planning, leadership theory, leadership training, board and officer relations, financial analysis, employee motivation.
