Julia Ramanadhan is a global beauty executive with deep experience leading and growing prestige beauty brands across skincare, haircare, and technology-adjacent categories. She is currently Brand President at Performance Beauty Group (PE owned), where she oversees brand growth, innovation, and global expansion for the group’s hair wellness brand, BondiBoost.

BondiBoost operates across specialty retail and ecommerce, with distribution at Ulta Beauty, Sephora, DTC and major digital marketplaces, alongside a growing international footprint.

Julia’s career spans founder-led startups, scale-ups, and multinational organizations, including senior leadership roles at Dermalogica (Unilever Prestige) and Jurlique (POLA Orbis). She has worked in both the APAC and U.S. markets, experiencing brands through founder-led growth, global expansion, and acquisition.
