Julianne Pruett

Julianne Pruett has over 30+ years of global business experience working in different regions of the world at leading fragrance manufacturers including: Givaudan, Firmenich, IFF, and now at Symrise, as President, Global Fine Fragrance.

Julianne has worked across various aspects of the beauty business, including: product development, brand marketing, sales, global account management, licensing and new business development.

Prior to her current role at Symrise, from 2016-2023, Julianne led the turnaround of the North American Fine Fragrance business, outpacing the industry by 300%, by winning significant new business and aggressively stealing market share from key competitors.

Julianne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993.  In 2014, Julianne completed an intensive international executive management program at INSEAD University.  She is currently a board member of the Fragrance Foundation, and an active member Cosmetic Executive Women since its inception.
