Macy's, Inc. SVP, GMM - Center Core and Beauty

Julie Walsh was named senior vice president of Center Core and Beauty in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for leading and driving the Center Core and Beauty merchandise organization, including beauty, jewelry, handbags, shoes, and accessories. Walsh leads high-visibility brand partnership launches, experiential store activations.

Walsh has held various leadership positions within Macy’s merchant organization, including experience in Fine Jewelry, Prestige Cosmetics and Fragrances. Walsh brings a wealth of experience to this role with her partner and vendor relationships in the Center Core and Beauty categories. Walsh began her career as an executive trainee at Macy’s. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
