Kate Jalkut is the Executive Director, Media & Influencer for The Estée Lauder Companies. As a member of the North America Marketing Center of Excellence Kate works with all brands to maximize the effectiveness of paid media investments across the North America business, including consumer engagement media, brand.com ecommerce media and retail media. In addition, Kate drives the impact of ELC’s owned and earned consumer touchpoints through building and fostering partnerships with influencer talent and creators as well as overseeing the region’s media and influencer agency partnerships.
As a leader on the High Touch Marketing at Scale task force, Kate serves as a key media strategist for the Company and partner with internal colleagues to develop and implement best practices globally. She will serve as a principal representative for the Company’s media and technology negotiations.
Prior to joining The Estee Lauder Companies in 2017, Kate was Director, Connections Planning & Investments at The Coca-Cola Company. Previously, Kate served as Vice President, Digital at Carat, where she was responsible for the Diageo brand portfolio. Prior to that, she worked at PHD Worldwide as the agency’s media lead for the Starbucks brand portfolio.
