Kristi Weaver is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office, and co-leads McKinsey’s Global Beauty, Personal Care and Wellness practice, where she advises consumer-facing and retail organisations on topics such as industry disruption, long-term strategy, growth, M&A and transformation. She publishes frequently across beauty, personal care and wellness topics. Kristi previously led McKinsey’s global consumer organisation work as well as McKinsey’s work in Consumer M&A.
