Recently, Traackr recognized Saie as a top 20 makeup brand, underscoring its impact and influence. Laney’s leadership and innovation have also earned her features on Good Morning America, The Marie Forleo Podcast, and ELLE Magazine.
Beyond beauty, Laney is a passionate advocate for women’s rights and sustainability. She spearheaded The Every Body Campaign, the largest reproductive justice initiative the beauty industry has ever seen, mobilizing brands and voices in response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. She also serves on multiple boards supporting sustainability, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment. Most recently, she was recognized to Inc.’s 2025 Female Founders 500 list, featuring her impact as a leader and changemaker.
