Lauren Bitet is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the prestige fragrance industry, recognized for her strategic vision, client-centric approach, and disciplined execution. She currently serves as Vice President and Head of Fine Fragrance, North America at IFF, where she leads one of the most competitive and creative markets in the global fragrance sector.

Lauren began her career in marketing at Givaudan before joining Avon, where she contributed to the successful launch of the Mark brand, targeting younger consumers. She later returned to Givaudan, advancing through senior commercial roles over nearly 17 years, building deep expertise in account management, sales leadership, and customer engagement.

In 2020, Lauren joined IFF as Vice President, Head of Specialty Retail, and in 2025 assumed her current role overseeing the North America Fine Fragrance business. Today, she drives regional strategy with a focus on measurable outcomes, operational agility, and innovation. Her leadership has consistently delivered growth, strengthened client partnerships, and positioned IFF as a preferred partner in the industry.
