Lindsay Holden is a Minneapolis-born entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Odele, a fast-growing hair care brand redefining what premium looks like in mass retail. With more than 20 years of experience in retail and brand growth—including eight years as a merchant at Target—Lindsay brings an innate ability to connect consumer behavior, cultural shifts, design and storytelling into brands that stand out on shelf and resonate in real life.

Founded in January 2020, Odele has scaled to more than 15,000 doors nationwide, including Target, Ulta Beauty, Amazon, CVS Pharmacy and Walmart, and continues to outperform category trends across retail partners. Lindsay has been instrumental in shaping Odele’s position as a modern masstige brand, challenging the status quo, maximizing consumer value and proving that premium design, performance and accessibility can coexist. Her commitment to delivering a thoughtfully crafted experience—both on shelf and in the shower—has fueled consistent year-over-year productivity, brand loyalty and category growth.

Minnesota proud, Lindsay lives in Minneapolis with her husband Blake, their three children, George, Harriet + Leo, as well as their doodle, Reggie.
