Lindy Firstenberg is Co-Lead of the AlixPartners Beauty x Health x Wellness Practice. She entered the space at Louis Vuitton, supporting the launch of its fragrance category—and has never looked back.

She focuses on driving profitable growth while strengthening long-term brand equity, across initiatives including market and channel expansion, customer lifetime value, acquisition and retention, assortment, and pricing. She has also led multiple full-company transformations.

Her work spans the beauty x health x wellness ecosystem—from brands, retailers, and strategics to investors, incubators, and co-manufacturers—giving her a 360-degree perspective on the space. She is also a co-founder of a skin repair brand and an angel investor in BxHxW.

Prior to AlixPartners, Lindy held roles in industry at LVMH (Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co.) and in consulting at Oliver Wyman. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University.
