Liza Rapay is a beauty industry executive with more than two decades of experience spanning brand building, business strategy, marketing, and industry leadership. She began her career in book publishing at Random House, where she developed a foundation in storytelling, consumer engagement, and brand development that continues to shape her approach to leadership today.

She spent nearly 15 years at The Estée Lauder Companies, helping drive the growth and positioning of Clinique before joining Cosmoprof North America in 2019. As Head of Cosmoprof North America, she has led the evolution of the platform into one of the beauty industry’s most influential business events, connecting brands, retailers, suppliers, investors, and thought leaders from around the world. She also spearheaded the successful launch of Cosmoprof Miami, expanding the organization’s reach and impact across the Americas.

In addition to her role at Cosmoprof, Liza founded Beauty New York, a platform created to bring together consumers and industry professionals through beauty, culture, education, and innovation.
