Prior to founding IGNITE Beauty Strategy, I spent over 15 years at Revlon and Elizabeth Arden rising from a part-time makeup artist to VP of Sales for a 100 million dollar division.

Almost twenty years ago I started working with entrepreneurs to launch brands and propel them into the marketplace. Recent notable brands include Drunk Elephant and Dr Barbara Sturm.

She joined with these fledgling brands and developed the marketing strategy, operational execution and sales organizations to increase their revenues and rankings. At IGNITE Beauty Strategy, I customize my role to ignite momentum for long term success and profit.
