Maddy Persuitti is the Co-Founder of dpHUE, the prestige hair care brand focused on providing high end hair color and care products to be used at home. dpHUE was founded in 2011 by her mother, Donna Pohlad, and today the two lead the brand together.

Since the company’s earliest days, Maddy has helped build the business from the ground up, taking on just about every role imaginable—from customer service and product development, to leading strategic initiatives across sales, marketing and operations. While she didn’t have gray hair when she started the business, she certainly does now, making her both an authentic dpHUE customer and brand ambassador. Today, she helps educate consumers on dpHUE products while continuing to shape the overall brand strategy.

Prior to founding dpHUE, Maddy led development for Foodie magazine in Hong Kong, which was part of a startup incubator focused on launching and growing entrepreneurial ventures. She started her career at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, supporting brand integrations across TV, print, digital and radio.

Today, Maddy lives in Minneapolis with her husband, two daughters and new puppy.
