Maria Malonoski is a beauty, wellness, and lifestyle communications strategist with 15 years of experience. In 2024, she launched MM Consulting, a non-traditional PR and brand partnerships agency connecting brands, people, and culture to fuel strategic growth.

Prior to MM Consulting, she spent her agency years at Alison Brod Marketing + Communications and Foundation, helping build brands including goop Beauty, Nécessaire, LAWLESS Beauty, Hourglass Cosmetics, Urban Decay, caliray, and Oak Essentials by Jenni Kayne. Through MM Consulting, she has gone on to partner with Ellis Brooklyn, Skincare by Amy Peterson, Lenox & Sixteenth, FORTA Cosmetics, With Love, Lenny, and more.
