Maris has more than 10 years of experience in finance and brand management at P&G. Maris’ multifunctional experience has helped her hone a collaborative, positive and consumer-first mentality. She is willing to make bold, consumer-led choices to help teams achieve never seen before results, most recently with the global redesign of Herbal Essences bio:renew, repositioning Herbal to be the first mass hair care brand to credibly play within “clean beauty”. On Aussie, Maris led a strategic reposition to focus on Gen Z poly-cultural consumer, helping the brand achieve the highest share in 10 years. Currently, Maris oversees Pantene, the largest brand in P&G’s Hair Care portfolio. In addition to steering the brand’s innovation and purpose, Maris guides the total business, delivering the strongest start to the fiscal year in over 14 years with a return to $ sales growth and $ share stability. Currently based in Cincinnati, Maris is married with one daughter and a baby on the way. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and bringing friends together around good food and wine.
