Michelle McCabe

Head of Sustainability Givaudan, Fragrance and Beauty

Michelle leads Sustainability for the Fragrance & Beauty division and serves as a business
partner to divisional leadership and global teams providing support, guidance, and outside-in
leadership on Sustainability topics.

In 1997, Michelle began her career working in Research & Development for the Limited
brands, Inc. She brings over 20 years of experience having led new product development,
creative marketing and project management in the fragrance, personal care and color
cosmetic categories for key international beauty companies such as Avon and L’Oreal.

In 2006, she joined Givaudan as a fragrance evaluator in the Fine Fragrance division before
transitioning to the commercial sales team. Most recently, Michelle was the Head of Global
Sales for the Estee Lauder account leading the creative and commercial teams between the
NYC and Paris Creative Centers.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science, Sports Biology from Springfield College and a Masters
of Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing and Management from F.I.T. in NYC.

She is a member of the Sustainability Leadership team.
