Based in Dallas, Michelle Lin Park leads Egon Zehnder’s US Beauty practice and advises clients across Consumer Goods, Luxury, and Lifestyle brands, ranging from established institutions to high-growth disruptors. She is active in the firm’s CEO and CMO practice, Founder Succession, Board Advisory, and Leadership Development work. As a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to identify and develop leaders and teams, Michelle has experience across executive search as well as leadership advisory, drawing upon her prior experience as an operator in the sector.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Michelle held Chief Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer roles across venture and PE-backed start-ups in beauty, luxury and food tech, scaling businesses from launch to international scale. She began her career working in consumer insights and brand management at Procter & Gamble.
