Beauty Independent combines news, insights, proprietary data, strategic events, and professional development to support founders and operators at every stage of growth.

He leads the creation of industry-defining experiences such as the Dealmaker Summit, C-Suite Summit, and BITE (Beauty Is The Experience), which convene the investors, founders, and retail leaders shaping the future of beauty.

Prior to founding Beauty Independent, he helped build Campbell Alliance, a specialized management consulting firm serving the life sciences sector. That experience continues to inform his perspective on growth, commercial strategy, and purpose-driven scaling.

His work sits at the intersection of storytelling, capital, and brand-building, with a focus on creating clarity and connection in fast-moving, fragmented markets.
