Nicolette Bosco

In this role, Bosco leads the beauty business strategy for cosmetics; including makeup, skincare and haircare. She has spearheaded high visibility brand launches and experiential store activations. She’s launched trending, clean, emerging and luxury beauty brands, including Gucci Beauty, Guerlain, Carolina Herrera and has led the expansion of La Mer, Chanel, Kiehl’s and more. She has also expanded the luxury beauty business by elevating the beauty experience in stores, creating a luxury destination that elevates the customer experience. Bosco leverages the juxtaposition of her California roots with her current New York lifestyle to understand the dynamic, diverse and evolving beauty consumer.
Previously, Bosco held the role of VP, beauty trends. During her 20-year-long tenure at Macy’s, Bosco has held several positions within the merchant organization across beauty, children’s, juniors and home. Before joining Macy’s, Nicolette began her career as a buyer at Filene’s. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific.
