Paul Baek is the founder and formulator of MATTER OF FACT, the award-winning clinical skincare brand behind the groundbreaking Actisolv™ technology that delivers high-potency actives with greater efficiency.

After becoming a K-Pop singer in the early 2000s following his studies at Harvard, Paul grew frustrated with the demanding beauty standards of the industry. This fact, combined with the limited skincare solutions available, led Paul to dedicate himself to years of research and development to create MATTER OF FACT’s first products, a high-potency 20% vitamin C serum and a lightweight moisturizer formulated with 5% pro-vitamin B5, which launched in September 2021.

Paul currently resides in Los Angeles, and holds an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard, and an M.B.A. from Wharton.
