Rachel Anise, otherwise known as The Beauty Professor, is a 14-year beauty expert, brand founder, on-air host, full-time professor of Communication Studies and mom to a 7 year old with a penchant for resource-driven beauty content creation. When not teaching, writing, innovating, hosting or consulting, she spends an inordinate amount of time thoroughly swatching and sharing her favorite products, which skew towards her endless pursuit of a polished yet effortless beauty routine. Her site and YouTube channel, Beauty Professor, feature in-depth reviews, true-to-life images and video tutorials that collectively create an authentic and interactive community for those seeking to put their best face (and communication skills!) forward. After countless brand collaborations focused on hands-on product development, she recently launched her clean luxury haircare brand—Académie Hair—bringing to fruition Sea Glass, a daily multitasking elixir that she always wished existed.
