This pioneering formulation consultancy and small-batch manufacturer is dedicated to co-creating innovative cosmetic and personal care products.  With over a decade of applied Research & Development experience, Johnson excels in formulating color cosmetics, OTC products, and clinically proven solutions. Her expertise shines particularly in crafting clean, organic, and natural formulations, supporting the Indie Beauty community and making a profound impact on lives within the beauty industry.
