Renee Ogaki
Founder & CEO OGAKIRenee Ogaki is the Founder & CEO of OGAKI, an award-winning social-first agency built exclusively for prestige beauty brands. With 20 years of experience across digital strategy, social media, and influencer marketing, Renee has spent her career helping prestige beauty’s most recognizable brands turn social and creator strategy into real business impact.
Renee’s path began at the convergence of media and fashion. While at NYU, she launched her own beauty and fashion blog and worked with publications like Teen Vogue as a creator, giving her firsthand experience in the creator economy years before it had a name. She went on to hold senior roles at agencies like Wetherly and HL Group, where as VP of Digital she oversaw social strategy and launched the agency’s first-ever influencer division, working with brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Diptyque, Innisfree, Four Seasons, and the salon at Bergdorf Goodman.
Drawing on this depth of experience, Renee founded OGAKI as an agency built specifically for prestige beauty. Under her leadership, OGAKI has been named BeautyMatter’s Best Social + Influencer Agency and PR Net’s Best Digital Agency. The agency partners with both heritage and challenger brands including Laura Mercier, bareMinerals, NuFACE, T3 Micro, EltaMD, and Dr. Diamond’s Metacine.
A sought-after voice on the future of prestige beauty, creator-led commerce, and evolving consumer behavior, Renee’s insights have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Vogue Business, Business Insider, Beauty Independent, and BeautyMatter. She believes the most successful prestige beauty brands grow by balancing brand with performance – translating cultural relevance into measurable business impact across social, creator, and commerce.
