 Sasha Radic has spent 13+ years in investment banking. Ms. Radic has advised on 30+ beauty and personal care transactions across a wide range of categories including skincare, cosmetics, haircare and the supply chain while maintaining deep relationships with key industry players around the globe. 

Prior deals include the sale of Nutrafol to Unilever, Chantecaille to Beiersdorf, Ouai to P&G, Parfums de Marly & Initio Parfums to Advent, Charlotte Tilbury to PUIG, Shiseido’s purchase of Drunk Elephant, Advent’s purchase of BareMinerals, Buxom and Laura Mercier to form Orveon, as well as the Honest Company and Olaplex’s IPOs. 

Prior to joining Jefferies, Sasha worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She received a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Brandeis University.
