Shianna Davey
Vice President of Merchandising Ulta BeautyShianna Davey is the Vice President of Merchandising at Ulta Beauty, where she leads the Hair Care category and helps shape the retailer’s strategy across one of its most innovative businesses. In this role, she oversees brand partnerships, product assortment, and go-to-market initiatives that support Ulta Beauty’s position as the nation’s largest specialty beauty retailer. She works closely with brand partners and cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, and deliver differentiated in-store, salon and digital experiences for Ulta Beauty guests.
Shianna brings more than 25 years of retail and merchandising experience. She joined Ulta Beauty in 2011 and has held several leadership roles within the merchandising organization, including Divisional Merchandise Manager for hair care and prestige cosmetics, along with buyer roles for the fragrance category. Over her tenure at Ulta Beauty, Shianna was an integral part of the launch of Cécred by Beyonce Knowles Carter, which was the largest prestige hair care launch in Ulta Beauty history, and has lead launches for established and emerging brands within Ulta Beauty’s assortment including, Moroccanoil, amika, isima by Shakira, JVN Hair, Nutrafol, r.e.m. beauty by Ariana Grande, NARS and Kylie Cosmetics to name a few.
Earlier in her career, Shianna held a series of buying and merchandising roles at Sears, where she managed categories spanning fashion accessories, apparel and personal care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Fashion Merchandising from Eastern Illinois University and currently resides in Chicago with her family.
