Manager of Digital Marketing The Estée Lauder Companies

Shiyin Lin is the Manager of Digital Marketing at Estee Lauder Companies within the Travel Retail World Wide Integrated Marketing Team. She collaborates with cross functional teams like Communications and Consumer Insights to support ELC Travel Retail Brands with a focus on digital products and services, as well as new and disruptive innovations. With prior experience in Estee Lauder’s Global Online e-Commerce team, she is able to apply her branded experience to her current role as a corporate partner to launch corporate initiatives, share best practices, and accelerate learnings. Outside of her professional role, Ms. Lin serves as Co-Chair of the Women in Tech Employee Resource Group, promoting diversity and community building. Her background includes work in fashion at Ralph Lauren and as an Intellectual Property Paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Fine Arts from Swarthmore College; her academic journey includes a year at Oxford University and a summer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Born in China and raised in the vibrant heart of New York City, Ms. Lin speaks Mandarin and Wenzhounese, alongside English.
