As Senior Vice President P&G’s Global and North America Skin Care organization, Stephanie Headley oversees a global organization responsible for OLAY, the #1 anti-aging brand in the United States. In this role, she guides innovation and go-to-market strategies to craft OLAY’s iconic identity for generations to come.

Stephanie has worked on OLAY since 2017, leading both product and commercial innovation across the brand’s Personal Care and Skin Care businesses, starting as a junior executive and as of 2022, taking on full leadership of the brand franchise. Across her roles, she’s developed leading expertise in deepening consumer understanding, harnessing industry insights and translating this knowledge into breakthrough technologies. As a result, Stephanie has shaped some of OLAY’s most impactful innovations of the past decade, including OLAY Whips, OLAY Retinol 24, OLAY Super Serum and most recently, the new-to-the-world cleansing innovation OLAY Melts – all innovations that reinforce OLAY’s reputation as a brand rooted in proven science and trusted results.

Prior to joining P&G, Stephanie studied to be a high school math teacher where she developed a love for learning and coaching. She began her P&G career in brand management and in retailer facing roles on other iconic P&G brands, including Herbal Essences and Febreze, always developing her business expertise and passion for inspiring high-functioning organizations while shaping the future of billion-dollar brands.

Stephanie is most proud of her work that reflects a more inclusive definition of leadership, STEM & beauty. In 2019, she helped launch OLAY’s Face Anything brand platform, featuring fearless women representing a broader definition of empowerment and beauty. She helped young women across America see themselves in STEM via an OLAY STEM-themed float in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and paved the way for OLAY’s partnership with the Algorithmic Justice League to create Decode the Bias, a campaign addressing systemic bias found in search algorithms, with a related program that sent 1,200 students to Code Camp. Most recently, she helped OLAY expand STEM education access through a Coursera partnership offering co-created Cosmetic Science classes for college credits.

Beyond her work at P&G, Stephanie was appointed to the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Next Gen Board of Advisors in 2020 and has been a CEW board member since 2022. Stephanie was recognized as a Top Woman in Beauty, Wellness and Health in 2019 by Drug Store News and selected as one of Ebony’s Power 100 leaders in 2021. Internal to P&G, Stephanie is a tireless supporter of the Company’s affinity group programs, including to co-lead P&G’s African American Leadership Network efforts for several years.

A native of Kilmarnock, Virginia, Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flager School of Business and a Mathematics & Education degree from the University of Richmond. A resident of Cincinnati, Stephanie is an active member of Cincinnati’s Crossroads Community Church, enjoys working with kids, and and is an avid international traveler.
