Tarang Amin has been the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of e.l.f. Beauty since 2014. A dynamic, passionate and purpose-driven leader, Tarang has been leading innovation and unleashing the superpowers of high performance teams to drive growth for world-class consumer brands for over 30 years.

After taking the company public (NYSE:ELF) in 2016 in one of the most successful beauty IPOs, Tarang has grown the business over 7x, strategically expanded into a multi-brand portfolio that includes e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Naturium, Well People and Keys Soulcare, and set records on new digital platforms. Tarang’s commitment to building teams that mirror the consumers they serve is reflected not only in e.l.f. Beauty’s employee base, but also in the Board of Directors where e.l.f. Beauty is 1 of only 4 public companies out of nearly 4,200 in the U.S. with a Board of Directors that has at least 2/3 women and at least 1/3 diverse.

Previously, Tarang served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Schiff Nutrition, building enterprise value from $190 million to $1.5 billion and Vice President, General Manager of The Clorox Company’s $1.7 billion Litter, Food and Charcoal businesses. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, after earning both his Bachelors in International Policy and MBA from Duke University
