Tom Sullivan is currently a Senior Category Manager with 37 years of experience within CVS Health. His current responsibility is leading the oral health, shave and deodorant teams. His team continues to focus on ever-changing consumer needs and how the consumer shops these important personal care categories. During Tom’s career with CVS, he has managed all health care and personal care categories. He was also the Director of Store Brand Development for 13 years during which time CVS lead the industry in store brand growth. Tom is a two-time winner of the “Chairman’s Award” for outstanding performance in driving innovation and financial success.
