Wendy Franks

Wendy is the General Manager of Amazon’s Health & Beauty business on Amazon.com. She joined Amazon in 2013, following a ten-year career in brand management at Unilever and Johnson & Johnson that spanned multiple brands and countries. During her tenure at Amazon, Wendy has held a series of successive product, marketing, and general management roles across variety of categories like Health & Beauty, Books, Furniture and Grocery, and most recently, the Household Essentials organization (Pets, Baby, Grocery and Household products) for North American Stores. She is passionate about creating new and innovative customer experiences, working across organizations to solve complex problems, and leading and developing great teams. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Queens University in Canada, and an MBA from Columbia. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two children and enjoys travel, running, and spending time in the mountains.
