The CEW Achiever Awards is the beauty industry’s most prestigious recognition of women’s leadership. No other organization offers such a significant platform to honor beauty’s most accomplished women leaders for their achievement and leadership. More than an awards ceremony, it is a gathering of the decision-makers, innovators and executives shaping the industry’s future.
Honorees are nominated by CEW’s Board of Governors and through CEW research, then vetted and selected by the Achiever Awards Committee. Selection criteria include eight or more years in beauty or a related industry, demonstrable impact on their company and the industry, and a track record of contributing to the advancement of women.
