A rutile TiO2 coated by inorganic & organic materials. The main agent is Polyquatemium-51 named Cellpolypid®，a copolymer of MPC & n-butyl methacrylate. Its structure similar to that of phospholipids in cells, gives it unique affinity to skin and great film-forming & dispersibility.
