Today at CEW, Saie Founder and CEO, Laney Crowell, shares her inspirational career story. In executive news, L’Oréal has tapped company veteran Delphine Viguer-Hovasse as its first Chief Innovation & Prospective Officer. Viguer-Hovasse has most recently served as the Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris. And in other breaking news, Goop has arrived in Italy, at The Beautyaholic’s Shop — an online platform and brick and mortar store in Rome. This marks the official launch of Gwyneth Paltrow’s brand in the Italian market, through an exclusive deal. Meanwhile, Paris Hilton’s new Parívie skin care range has just launched, as part of the 11:11 Beauty joint venture between Hilton’s 11:11 Media and Guthy-Renker.

The 22nd Cosmoprof North America Las Vegas (CPNA) will take place from July 15–17, 2025, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. This year’s show will feature an expanded show floor and diverse innovation, while offering a “a timely platform for connection, education and new opportunity,” according to Happi. 

In investments news, Wonderskin has secured $50 million in minority funding via its Series A round, which was led by global venture capital and private equity firm, Insight Partners. Meanwhile, the private equity company Keystone Capital has bought a stake in Penta Fine Ingredients, the New Jersey-based, long-established supplier of specialty ingredients used in fragrance and personal care.
