CEW and QVC’s Beauty with Benefits broadcast, the landmark beauty fundraiser for Cancer and Careers, is live tonight from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET on QVC. There is so much heart behind this campaign — from the generous companies that donate products to the thousands of supporters who shop for the cause. For every product sold, 70% of the purchase price* will help cancer survivors balance life, work, and cancer.

“Earning a living is fundamental,” says Rebecca Nellis, Executive Director of Cancer and Careers. “So much of a person’s cancer experience is out of their control, but we have the opportunity to give patients and survivors the tools to navigate work on their own terms. Every resource we offer is designed to put the power of decision-making back within reach.”

Launched in 2001, Cancer and Careers is known for breaking new ground. No other organization in the United States focuses on the intersection of work and cancer, which makes everything it offers in high demand. Last year, more than 450,000 people turned to Cancer and Careers for support — online, in print, and in person.

The organization is committed to reaching as many patients, survivors, and healthcare professionals as possible, and continues to deliver credible, quality programs for its extensive community. An expert in issues around illness and the workplace, the organization also works behind the scenes with companies looking to create prepared and supportive environments for their employees.

The next big event for the organization is the Cancer and Careers National Conference on Work and Cancer to be held on June 23. The full-day, virtual program brings together experts and a large network of survivors to offer education, guidance, and community. Monthly webinars are ongoing and focus on such practical topics as conducting a job search and building confidence at work. Other initiatives include designing and presenting a best-in-class training series for companies committed to removing the stigma around cancer in the workplace.

“Thanks to QVC, the beauty industry, and everyone who shops the event, so much is possible,” Rebecca shares. “We are able to serve people who may have been overlooked, create more services to meet their needs, and see farther into the future. This campaign is our superpower.”

To watch the broadcast, tune into QVC or the QVC livestream on qvc.com tonight from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET.
