Just as Hailey Bieber is making a splash with the launch of her first face wash for Rhode, Pineapple Refresh Cleanser, and Kim Kardashian is unveiling Skkn by Kim Makeup, CEW reports on the beauty creators making the biggest impact, according to a new list by Traackr. With 61% of consumers saying they are swayed by influencers when purchasing, the platform has revealed the top 25 creators driving the most engagement, across all categories, based on a Brand Vitality Score (VIT). Along with celebrities such as Bieber and Selena Gomez, the list includes professional dermatologists, makeup artists, hair stylists and beauty hobbyists, such as Alix Earle and Mikayla Nogueira.

In executive News, Andrea Nagel at CEW reports on the headline-making return of Gregg Renfrew as CEO of Beautycounter. “Beautycounter is best known for pioneering the clean beauty movement, as well as for its leadership in ingredient innovation and transparency,” writes Nagel. Renfrew will commence in the role on February 1. “I’m energized to build on our history of disrupting to create a movement for change and a higher industry standard,” she said.

MAC Cosmetics, meanwhile, has appointed Aïda Moudachirou-Rebois as the brand’s new General Manager. Currently MAC’s Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Moudachirou-Rebois takes over the role from Philippe Pinatel, who is leaving The Estée Lauder Companies.
