Overview
The CEW × SCAD Executive Leadership Fellowship is a three-and-a-half-day leadership intensive program held on the campus of the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. Developed in partnership with SCAD’s De Sole School of Business Innovation, the Fellowship brings together a select cohort of beauty industry employees for an experience unlike anything our industry has offered before.

Learning Overview
The program is built around four core pillars:
Creativity as Leadership – Fellows explore how creative thinking is a strategic business skill — not a soft one. Through SCAD’s world-class facilities, immersive experiences, and faculty-led workshops, participants learn to solve business problems, identify whitespace opportunities, and lead more innovative teams.
Executive Presence & Communication – Delivered by SCAD’s professional presentation and communication studio, this track gives Fellows practical, performance-based tools to speak with authority, command a room, project confidence on camera, and tell their story with precision.
Design & Organizational Leadership – Fellows examine how organizational design, culture, and systems can be structured to enable creativity, accelerate growth, and retain talent — with frameworks they can apply immediately upon returning to their organizations.
Mindful Leadership & Renewal – The Fellowship is intentionally designed to give leaders space to step back from reactive day-to-day demands and reconnect with their instincts, purpose, and strategic perspective.

Cost includes the program, accommodations at historic SCAD properties, daily hosted meals, curated evening experiences, and ground transportation to events.
Airfare to Savannah is not included (but generally under $300).
