Ann is the founder of operating and capital services platform Threadneedle and General Partner of Threadneedle Opportunity Fund, backed by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian to invest in data analytics and next gen technology companies. Previously, Ann was Chief Investment Officer of multimedia firm Wheelhouse and from 2017 to 2021, was a Partner & Investment Committee member at Cornell Capital, the private equity firm in New York & Hong Kong. Prior to that, Ann spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs, acquiring companies in the consumer, industrial & financial sectors. In 2019 through 2020, Ann was CEO of PureStar, moving to Las Vegas to lead the 6,000-person, 30-industrial site hospitality services company through COVID-19. Ann is a board director of Allure Beauty Concepts. She holds a Double First Class Honors BA in economics from Cambridge University and an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.
