Appointed to her current role in August 2024, she oversees the brand’s positioning through compelling storytelling, social-first campaigns and new product launches, while advancing strategies to deepen consumer engagement across more than 130 countries and territories worldwide.
Emily is a globally renowned brand builder and consumer-led marketer with more than two decades of experience driving growth and desirability for some of beauty’s most iconic and disruptive brands. Before joining M·A·C, she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director at Dr. Barbara Sturm, where she helped propel the skincare startup’s rapid expansion and guided its acquisition in 2024. Prior to that, she served on the founding team at Charlotte Tilbury Ltd as the Marketing Director, where she worked directly with the founder to establish the brand’s global go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and social media presence. Emily started her career at L’Oréal, where she held marketing roles of increasing responsibility across key global brands. She has been recognized as one of Glossy’s Top Marketers in 2023 and her campaigns have won multiple awards.
