Responsible for overseeing the marketing and commercial strategies of the Retail & Ecommerce Channels, she supports programs to drive strategic growth across key partners in the Americas Region (US, CAN, ANZ, LATAM). Prior to joining the Kao Corporation, Emma worked in advertising and strategic brand marketing at Ogilvy & Mather and Condé Nast, supporting a variety of luxury, beauty and CPG brands to in the development and execution of omni-channel campaigns.
