Erin Cast has over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, general management and board roles with a focus on beauty, food/beverage and omnichannel retail.  Erin was most recently the General Manager, Royal Canin at Mars, where she led growth +25% across Specialty Retail and Omnichannel.  Prior to Royal Canin, Erin was a CMO, Coty Global Consumer Beauty leading the turnaround of Cover Girl  and acceleration on Sally Hansen, as well as the SVP, Marketing Luxury where she led a portfolio of 15 brands including the relaunch of Gucci Beauty in the US.  Erin also spent 10 years at L’Oreal Consumer Beauty across all categories with a focus on Cosmetics and Skincare, driving innovation, developing portfolio strategy and evolving the go-to-market execution.  Erin started her career in retail at Gucci and Prada, shifting to marketing as she joined PepsiCo.  Erin lives in Rye, NY with her husband, two children, dog and cat and she loves to read, go to concerts, bake with her son and do Pilates when not at work.
