Francisco Gimenez is a beauty tech entrepreneur and the founder of London-based YUV, a brand new startup that gives hair stylists and colorists the ability to create millions of hair color formulas for their clients in the most environmentally friendly manner with the first-ever reusable hair color cartridges.

Before starting YUV, Francisco served as the CEO and Co-Founder of eSalon.com, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) at-home hair color customization service and one of the pioneers in mass personalization in personal care. In 2019 Henkel, AG formed a Joint Venture with eSalon.com and subsequently acquired the company.

Francisco is a native of Mexico City and has an MBA from UCLA as well as an MSc and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anahuac (Mexico City).
