Guive Balooch is the Global Vice President of L’Oreal’s Technology Incubator, which brings cutting-edge technology to the beauty industry. He leads an international team in San Francisco, New York, Paris, and Tokyo, uncovering disruptive innovations and creating platforms and products that sit at the intersection of design, beauty and technology. The Technology Incubator has brought to market tech innovations including Makeup Genius, UV Sense and Le Teint Particulier and has partnered with world leaders in design and technology, such as Fuse Project, PCH and Northwestern University. Guive holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and PhD from University of California, San Francisco.
