As Senior Vice President of P&G’s Global Hair Care brand franchise, Hilla Ram is responsible for the brand building discipline for some of P&G’s most iconic, trusted brands, including Head & Shoulders, the world’s #1 shampoo brand and Pantene, the best-selling conditioner brand globally. She also oversees P&G Beauty’s Analytics and Insights function, guiding the strategic direction for consumer, shopper and market insight identification that inspires strategy and product innovation across P&G Beauty’s global product portfolio.

Across her 20+ year career with P&G, Hilla’s expert ability to translate consumer insights into meaningful product innovations has enabled the success of category breakthroughs like Olay Regenerist Whip, Pantene Hydra Glow, and Ariel PODs. A natural leader and change agent, Hilla played an instrumental role in the successful business turnarounds of P&G’s Olay business (2015) and P&G’s global hair care portfolio (2020).

Hilla’s leadership philosophy is rooted in enabling insightful connections across projects and teams, and envisioning simple, actionable solutions to complex challenges. A passionate people manager and certified Situational Leadership trainer, Hilla leads a diverse global organization with a focus on mentorship and capability development. In 2018, Hilla was inducted to P&G’s Brand Mastery Society, in recognition for her advanced experience, ongoing thought leadership, and proven impact on P&G’s businesses, spanning roles in Hair Care, Skin & Personal Care, Fabric Care, and as part of P&G’s Corporate Analytics team.

A native of Tel Aviv, Israel, Hilla graduated from the University of Tel Aviv with a BA in Business Administration and BA in Arts. After starting her P&G career in Belgium, she has worked in multiples sites across Europe as well as at P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. She currently resides in Geneva, Switzerland with her husband and teenage son. In her spare time, Hilla enjoys swimming, skiing, baking, and photography.
